- 30 days to change your mind: you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Condition: items should be unused, clean, free of pet hair and in their original packaging.
- Return postage: free, whatever the reason. We'll email you a prepaid returns label within 2 working days. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, you can choose a replacement or a full refund.
- How to return: email us at hello@mayfairmenagerie.com with your order number, and we'll send your prepaid label.
- Refunds: paid to your original payment method within 14 days of the item reaching us.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
