Size 100 x 65 x 20cm (L x W x H)

Not every dog wants walls. Some like to fling themselves down, legs out, as though they have just come in from a very long walk on the cliffs. Which, frankly, they may have. The Richmond is made for the sprawlers.

Upholstered in a rich green stonewashed fabric, topped with deep sherpa fleece and finished with vegetable-tanned leather, it sits as happily in a smart drawing room as it does by the back door. It comes from Ralph & Co, the British bed makers, designed in Great Britain and handcrafted in Europe.

Why they'll love it

  • Room to stretch. An open, mattress-style design with no bolsters in the way, made for dogs who sleep fully extended.
  • Warm on top. A deep sherpa fleece sleeping surface holds natural warmth for a soft, inviting rest.
  • Holds its shape. Generously filled with high-bounce virgin fibre that supports joints over time.
  • Easy to keep fresh. The outer cover comes off completely and goes in the washing machine.
  • Smart and steady. Vegetable-tanned leather carry handles, a non-slip base for hard floors and a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
